McKinley Park Village Housing
MPV housing is our only property located outside of Healy. Situated in the McKinley Village Valley, 15 minutes South of Glitter Gulch, and 40 minutes South of the Otto Lake and Hilltop Road properties, this campus is closer to Cantwell, and the Denali Highway where the jeep tours operate. Like the Otto Lake Road campus, this property shares some operational aspects, and is where the tours launch out of, making for an easy commute. MPV housing is a more intimate setting as well, accommodating for the smaller staff required by the Jeep operation. 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, coin operated laundry, a common space and kitchen make up the employee housing, as well as an outdoor common space with a fire pit. There is also a separate managers cabin that is close by. This property is close by some of our partnering adventure companies, making it a great spot to network with people working in Denali if you put in the time.

Rent: Auto Deducted from paycheck. Dorm Room $80 a week
Security Deposit: $100 out of your 2nd paycheck
Quiet Hours: 11pm-7am
Rooms include: A bed, bedding, dish set, towel, clothing cabinet, desk, chair, trash can, and clothing shelf.
Parking available for 6 employee vehicles. If you plan on driving to Denali, please let the interviewing manager know.
Laundry is coin operated. Quarters are available through housing managers.
Refrigerators are a shared space, meaning you will be keeping your food with other peoples food.
All employees living in employee housing have weekly chore duties assigned to them by the housing manager, in order to keep housing clean as a group.
Staff is required to do an end of season Deep Clean, that is mandatory for everyone.
Utilities are included in your rent: Gas, electric, trash, water, and Wi-Fi are all apart of listed totals.
We are in remote Alaska, and our Wi-Fi reflects that. Our bandwidth won’t support online gaming, massive downloads, and video calls.
Cell phone service may be limited in nearby areas. You are never far from full service.
While you may seek housing off property, in order to live on property you must work at least 30 hours a week.
