Housing Contract

This is a copy of what all employee housing contracts look like. It includes a list of house rules, areas for dates of housing, and costs associated with housing deposits and damages.

All staff is welcome to seek housing off property if that is what they would prefer to do, but in order to live on property you must work 30 hours a week.

This contract does not need to be completed right now, and is just meant to show you what to expect. Housing contracts will be completed when you move into housing.

Part of living in employee housing is keeping the space clean. Everyone who lives in housing will have a rotating weekly task to help out.

2025 Mailing Addresses

In season mail will be picked up either by the General Manager of your branch, or a member of supporting management staff on a weekly basis. The P.O. Boxes will be available from Late April-Mid September. All packages, mail, and deliveries should be directed to a new address before September 1st to ensure that they are not returned to sender.

  • Some items will not be able to be delivered to a P.O. Box. Usually this is via UPS or FedEx. In the case of needing a physical address, packages can be directed to the address below. Please only use this address if the package is not able to be sent to a P.O. Box.

All members of staff who complete their contract with Denali Park Adventures are eligible for an End of Season bonus. Throughout the Summer, each hour worked will accumulate a $2 bonus, and will be paid out following the final normally scheduled paycheck. Staff who’s contract is ended early due to resignation or termination are not eligible for the End of Season bonus.
